To return the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available.

Please note the following:
Our return policy applies within 5 days from the date of placing the order and is only applicable for the following reasons: damaged product and manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at avinashsingh.avi27@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Please send us 2 images (one showing the damaged part and one of the entire product) for us to assess the reason for the return. You can send the images to avinashsingh.avi27@gmail.com, and our Quality Assurance team will review the details for eligibility of the return.
Once we receive your return request with pictures, we will respond within 2-3 days. After your return request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup. This usually takes 2-3 working days to organize, and it will take 4-6 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will be initiated.
